Get a context password

Returns the context password credential with the given external ID, belonging to the specified user and client.

The password value itself is never returned, only the hashed value. The response includes credential metadata, state information, and login statistics.

Supports self-admin mode, where an authenticated user can retrieve their own context password credential. In self-admin mode, technical fields (createdBy, modifiedBy, lastChangeDate) are hidden.
