Regenerate a PUK credential

POST /nevisidm/api/core/v1/:clientExtId/users/:userExtId/puk/reset

Regenerates the PUK value for the specified user.

A new PUK value is generated and the reset count is incremented by one. The state change reason is set to reset. The operation will fail if the reset count has reached the maximum allowed by the configured PUK policy.
