Get HEAD resource content

GET 
/nevisadmin/api/v1/projects/:projectKey/patterns/:patternId/resources/:propertyKey/head/content/:fileName

Required permission: VIEW_PROJECT on the project, or higher scope

Fetch a resource file from the HEAD.

The file can be of different types (html, jar, etc.) which is defined in the response Content-Type.
