Get a VASCO credential

Returns the VASCO Digipass token credential identified by the given external ID within the specified client context.

The response includes full credential metadata and all associated Digipass token data blocks. The caller must have the AccessControl.CredentialView function right and client dataroom access to retrieve the credential.
