nevisAdmin REST API

Since version 3.6.0.0, nevisAdmin provides a REST Application Programming Interface to perform automated tasks. Note that not every feature of the nevisAdmin GUI will be made available via REST API. The main focus lies on infrastructure manipulation and operations.
