Administration

There are two options for administration:

1. Using the Administrative command-line interface which relies on systemd to manage the runtime. This method is typically used for on-premise installations.
2. Using the Server command-line interface where only the start is defined and the rest is up to operator. This method is typically used for Docker images or Kubernetes.
