Introduction to this Guide

This manual describes the nevisAdapt service, which is part of the Nevis Security Suite. nevisAdapt implements adaptive, context-aware and continuous authentication using the device recognition cookie, device fingerprinting and geolocation information of the user.

The manual first discusses the concepts and the architecture of nevisAdapt. It then describes the configuration of the component and concludes with a description of the component's installation and administration.
