| 0004 | ModSecurity: Block request in phase:3, send status <status_code> to client (<error_msg>) | The request was blocked by the ModsecurityFilter in phase 3, by a response header rule. | |
| 0006 | ModSecurity: Block request in phase:4, send status <status_code> to client (<error_msg>) | The ModsecurityFilter blocked the request in phase 4 because of a response header rule. | |
