Creating a new nevisProxy instance

It is recommended to provide a separated nevisProxy instance per logical host , but instead of using 'nevisproxy handover' use the following command instead:

nevisproxy inst create myname

and provide the instance name for each administration command, e.g.

nevisproxy myname start
