Development tool install-nevis-devenv

nevisAppliance comes bundled with a tool to create running Nevis installations on the extended appliance. With one single command, you can create the following running and connected instances:

• nevisLogrend,
• nevisAuth,
• nevisIDM (including the database and nevisidmdb scripts), and
• nevisProxy.

Execute the following command to create a Nevis installation. Ensure that you see the Nevis logo as well as an explanation of the next steps at the end; this indicates a successful run.

Usage example of install nevis devenv

# Showing the usage:
/root/tools/install-nevis-devenv --help

# Installing, creating and starting an environment (this might take a while):
/root/tools/install-nevis-devenv
