Account recovery
With single-factor authentication the user can create their account by entering a username (email) and password.
Password
The user can set a new password by starting the password reset flow from the login page. An email with a reset link is sent to the email address provided. After clicking the referenced URL in the email, the user can set a new password.
Password reset
- Click Forgot password? on the login page.
- Enter the email address of the user account on the login page and click Continue.
- Open the password reset email sent to the registered email address, and click on the link provided.
- Follow the prompts to enter a new password for your account.

The sender email address can be customized at your project template inventory settings under SMTP section.
