Applications per user report

The generated report contains user and authorization information. It is basically the same information as provided by the "users per application" report, but here the output is grouped by user instead of application-role.

Filters: client and unit

• If a unit filter is set, the report contains the attributes and the authorizations of the users that belong to the selected unit.
• If no unit filter is set, the report contains all users and their authorizations from the selected client.

Application display name	Localized name of the application the user is authorized for
Role name	Name of the application's role
Role ID	External ID of the application's role
User ID	External ID of the user
Profile ID	External ID of the user's profile
Language	Language of the user
Phone number	User's phone number
Telefax	User's telefax number
E-mail	User's email address
Status	User status
Last login	Timestamp of the user's last successful login
Unit ID	External ID of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Display name department	Localized display name of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Abbreviation department	Localized abbreviation of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Hierarchical department name	Localized hierarchical name of the unit the user's profile belongs to
Enterprise role ID	Enterprise role external ID if assigned role inherited from enterprise role.
Enterprise role name	Enterprise role display name if present (role assignment inherited)
Enterprise role display name	Enterprise role display name if present (role assignment inherited)
User properties	Properties with the scope "onUserGlobal"
Profile properties	Properties with the scope "onProfileGlobal"
