App Attestation

App attestation ensures that only trusted applications can register and authenticate.

By verifying an app's authenticity, attestation helps to prevent fake or repackaged versions of an app designed to steal user data, credentials, or financial information.

App attestation is available with Nevis Access App version 3.0 or later and only for apps distributed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Android requirement

On Android, app attestation requires Google Play Services to be installed on the device. Google Play Services are preinstalled on most Android devices but may be absent on some models, such as some Huawei devices.
