Add Facebook login

To add Facebook login, do the following:

1. Go to Signup/Login > Social login.
2. Click Add social login.
3. Select a Facebook from the listed social identity providers.

The following steps require copying and pasting of information between a Facebook Developers account and the Identity Cloud Management console. For detailed information on steps related to the Facebook Developers account, please refer to the official Facebook content and support.

4. Create a Facebook for Developers account.

5. In your Facebook for Developers account do the following:

   1. Create an App, and select Business or Consumer as app type.
   2. Add the Facebook login product to the App.
      • In case of Consumer app type, set the App to Live mode.
   3. To set Advanced Permission for email and public_profile refer to the official Facebook for Developers documentation.
   

6. In your Identity Cloud Management console click Continue in the dialog.

7. Copy the Redirect URI from Identity Cloud Management console and paste it into your App in your Facebook for Developers account.

8. Locate and copy your App ID from your Facebook for Developers account and paste it as the App ID in Identity Cloud Management console.

9. Locate and copy your App secret in your a Facebook for Developers account and paste it as the App secret in Identity Cloud Management console.

10. Click Save.
