The administrator can import users that exist in other systems directly under the User management > Users area of the Management console.
User import steps
To initiate the user import request, click the Request import option from the menu next to the Create user button on the Users page.
Click Open form to fill out the form and provide the required input. We get back to you if any further information is needed, and once the users are imported to your Identity Cloud instance.
At the end of the user import process, the administrator can test the result by searching for the imported users under the User management > Users area.
