View and search users

The administrator can see a full list of users, and search in the list of users under User management > Users in the Management console.

Oversee users

Under User management > Users, the list of users and their basic attributes can be seen.

Basic and default attributes

  1. Name: The first and the last name of the user.
  2. Email: The email of the user.
  3. Recent activity: The Recent activity field is populated once the user logs in for the first time. It shows the timestamp of the last successful or failed login.
  4. Status: The status of the user.

The listed users are ordered by their email. Each page displays a maximum of 20 users. With the arrow buttons on the bottom left, you can go to the Next page, Previous page, First Page and Last page.

Search for users

Under User management > Users in the top right corner, you can search for users.

Search criteria

  • The search works based on the user attributes:

  • The search is case-insensitive.

  • The search finds users also by partial matches on values of user attributes, when the attribute values start with the search input value.

  • At least two characters are needed to start a search.

You can reset the search with the x on the right side of the search bar.

Partial search

Search users of an organization

You can use the Organization search field in the search bar at the top of the user list to filter to users of an organization. The Organization search field filters the user list based on:

  • specified organizations
  • users who are not in organizations
